Arlington Economic Development and Citrine Angels are excited to present an “Ask Me Anything” session for entrepreneurs (or aspiring entrepreneurs) to be able to pick expert brains.

About the Experts:

Human Resources: Jaime Hirschfeld specializes in staffing and recruiting with a robust background in client-side business development and revenue generation. As the Director of Client Sales and Services at FlexProfessionals, Jaime excels in matching highly skilled talent with the unique needs of her clients. Prior to joining FlexProfessionals, she served as the Director of Revenue Development at a software company and spent a decade providing support to Community Health Centers and other federal grantees, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact across various sectors while driving growth and success for her clients.

Law: Bryn Sherman serves as lead counsel in complex business disputes in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. She helps commercial and residential developers, healthcare operators, hotel owners, construction companies and landlords in all types of disputes. In addition, her capabilities include representing national and regional banks and special servicers in all matters, including strategic loan documentation, business fraud, foreclosures, workouts and restructuring.

Finance/Accounting:

Gen Oraa is a partner with CohnReznick’s Transactional Advisory Services Practice. Gen has led and executed due diligence for over 150 merger and acquisition transactions for strategic and private equity buyers and sellers. She has advised middle market clients on M&A transactions with purchase price ranging from $10 million to $1 billion. In addition to financial due diligence, she advised clients from various industries on numerous financial transactions. Prior to joining CohnReznick, Gen served in the transaction advisory services teams of major global firms.
Yolimar Martinez-Nadal CPA, MST, is a Tax Partner with CohnReznick. With 20 years of experience in tax consulting, her client base includes technology, government contracting, professional services, and financial service firms. Her areas of expertise include ASC 740 financial reporting, business combination, corporate and international tax, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance and planning, and tax controversy. She also serves as a Board Member of Stem for Her.
